PERSIA and greece

Today we discussed the army of persia and how they almost beat Greece.
They appeared to be tough: big, bad, and rough. But they actually failed you see.
Persia was big and Greece was small, but that didnt matter at all.
The Greeks were determined and worked to hard to win the battle
Even when life gave them quite a rattle.
They had their doubts and lost many men,
But the Persians were far less lucky than them.
They had their fifteen minutes of fame, which didnt last very long.
But the battle on the other hand, droned on and on.
The Greeks had to send away their children and wives,
And they did it all for their land, they even risked their lives.
The battle became so rough and foul that Greece was abandoned
But you will see here that they never gave up because Greece had quite the fandom.
They may be small, but they stand tall and they sure are proud of it.
It makes you want to fight doesnt it? But all we do is stay here and sit.
I wont make you feel bad for long because my blog has been known to drone on.
See, I have even started to repeat my phrases, so I guess that means I have been here for ages.
