It's a Chill Day
Welcome to my blog on this fine friday morning,
Im posting very early because class has been quite boring.
It is quiet here at JC with all the seniors gone,
And we just finished our powerpoint which didn't take too long.
Mr. Schick is the coolest because we get to use this time,
to study, do work, blog, or just rhyme.
We didn't do much today except take a pop quiz and discuss Aristotle,
and let me tell you something about him, he was like a genie in a bottle.
He was so very smart, and he worked very hard,
he dreamt of places where all knowledge could be found in ones backyard.
If he knew now what we have today he would be quite thrilled,
one of his dreams has come true in the new, big, wide world.
We call this place the internet, you know, the one that has the Google,
you can find almost anything on there, including a picture of your golden doodle.
I know that may sound crazy and maybe a bit scary,
but depending on what you search, your results may greatly vary.
Aristole was a cool guy who taught without any hate,
even when he had to deal with a young Alexander the Great.
He was trooper for pushing through even when life was tough,
and Im pretty sure Alex kept him on his toes playing rough.
Thats all we learned about Aristotle in our class today,
This blog is long and I'm sure you're wishing I would just call it a day.
So that is what Im gonna do to prevent you from getting bored,
have a happy friday and I will be back monday to discuss Greece some more.
